I know the struggle — because I’ve lived it. I’ve tried the extremes, learned what works, and now help everyday people build long-lasting fitness — without giving up normal food or life.
I’ve lost over 36 kg, and I’ve seen both ends of the fitness spectrum. I know what it’s like to struggle with weight — and I also know what it takes to build strength, muscle and confidence the right way.
My approach isn’t about extremes or short-term fixes. It’s about building a healthy, strong body that actually fits into real life.
